Katherine and Christopher's Greek DC Dumbarton House wedding

It started as a rainy day and it ended as a rainy day, but the rain didn't stop Katie and Christopher from having a perfect day. Katie had fancy Tom's for her wedding shoes. Loved this idea! Katie and Christopher had a Greek Orthodox ceremony at the gorgeous Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral. It had been a while since I've been to a Greek Orthodox ceremony. The singing throughout the ceremony is so beautiful, it's an amazing moment to witness. Katie and Chris enjoyed some alone time (as alone as you can be with your photographer) while we did some fun portraits at the Dumbarton House. A fun filled party ensued with some traditional dances and a fantastic send off.

Bring it, Rain! It's not going to stop this couple from riding off into the...rain. Well at least they stayed dry and happy. Congrats, you two! Thank you for allowing me to document your special day.
