District Winery Wedding: Elisabeth + Mike

I love it when a couple reverts to a single-digit age level of excitement, which is likely when most adults last remember feeling, "AND IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER!" with 100% commitment. Elisabeth and Mike, I could tell, think that their spouse is the best thing ever, and they've got that all-in emotional commitment that put their vulnerability to each other right on their faces. It's the kind of story that would make Tolstoy hand off the project to someone else (he had trouble with happy stories). In this case, I was that someone else. What a privilege to be there.
