Rockwood Manor wedding: Paige and Jeff

Paige and Jeff have this partnership that isn't afraid of being a little different, like blue rain boots with a wedding dress, having the wedding outside even though it might rain, or jumping into the woods for photos. They also have a great chemistry that comes across in photos of them. I had the benefit of meeting Paige and Jeff before the wedding during their engagement shoot, and I noticed it then. They're on the same wavelength.

Fall was just beginning to start, and so we scampered down the hill onto the woods path for some photos of the First Look. They looked fantastic. Take a look at that moment when they meet on the path. You can tell Jeff is taken away. (Check out the flowers, too. They were made by the relatives who own Creative Touches out in the Midwest.)

Up the hill, the wedding was right up against the forest, and it was a beautiful backdrop. Afterwards, the dinner was inside but the cocktail hour meandered around the path both inside and out. During the reception, the dancing was serious and the dance floor packed. By the end of the night, I felt like family because that was the vibe they created for everyone.
