Portrait Session Terms and Conditions

SESSION FEE / PAYMENTS

Session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. Your session fee includes 1 photography session, basic retouching and an online gallery of your images. Additional digital images can be provided at an additional cost of $95.00 per image or $500 for the full set of images from your session.

Basic retouching includes light blemish/scratch and stray hair removal, teeth whitening, softening of under eye area where necessary. Complex retouching includes but is not limited to removal of scars and heavy blemishes, excessive tan line removal, tattoo removal, subtle face or body slimming are not included in sessions but can be provided for an additional fee at the client's request.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please note that your session fee is non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your portrait session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session will be made to you.

If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.

VIEWING IMAGES

Your images will be ready to view 3 business days after each session via a private online gallery hosted on our website. Once the images are uploaded to the online gallery, the client will have a 14 day window to make selections. The gallery will close after 14 days. If the client requests the images be re-posted to the gallery after the 14 days has expired, a $25 re-posting fee will be issued and the images will be re-posted to the gallery for an additional 14 day period.

All sales are final. There are no returns on files, no exceptions.

SESSION DETAILS AND POLICIES

A single family with up to 5 people is the maximum number of people for each session. Additional family members and extended relatives can be added for an additional fee.

Love Life Images will use this time wisely and try to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame. This will include entire family images, images of siblings together, and images of children individually, as long as time allows and children are willing to be photographed. The session schedule will indicate if pets are welcome and again will be contingent on time and if the pet is willing to be photographed.

It is the Client's responsibility that any children involved in the photography session arrive in the following condition:

Healthy (free of illness)

Full belly (Hunger = unhappy children)

Well rested (Fatigue = unhappy children)

Clean (Face, clothing, etc.).

COPYRIGHT

It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without written permission of Love Life Images. LLI retains all copyright. Please note for digital sessions, you do receive a Right of Reproduction which will allow you to make prints of all digital images. Only the Client(s) named on the print release are authorized to download and print images. If sharing images on social media, the Client will credit the images to Love Life Images.

MODEL RELEASE

Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Love Life Images. for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote the business name and the images can be used without additional compensation to the client.

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER

Photographing or videotaping is prohibited. Please do not bring your own camera, camcorder or recording device to the session. (This includes cell phone cameras and video recorders).
