Spring Wedding Engagement Session at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC: Valentina and Ray

Valentina and Ray knew they wanted to have their wedding engagement session in Washington, DC but wanted a location a bit more unique than the monuments like the Lincoln Memorial or the National Mall, which tend to be quite crowded. After a brainstorming session, we landed on a sunset session at The Kennedy Center. We were lucky to pick an evening that was not crowded and had perfect weather for this playful photo session. The blend of architectural and natural backdrops at the event center offer a good variety for an engagement session without needing to go to multiple locations. I’m looking forward to their wedding day this winter at Union Station in Washington, DC.
